Our Organization
The top level of the organization is the President of Channel-Line Corporation, followed by the Directors of the company. By analyzing customer needs, CLC set up a series of professional service standard. All members in the sales and marketing team, who have direct contact with customers, must take part in strict training and assessment to obtain a quality service for the customers. With the professional capabilities, we provide close and efficient support to customers, to meet and exceed their expectation. The Sales and Marketing department reported directly to the director.
The next level is the General Manager of CLC. The general manager obtains a respective career with the obtained organizational and professional expertise. The functions under the General Administration office is headed by the supervisor engaged in a common set of functions to meet the companys goals. Reporting directly to the supervisor are the accounting staff and HR staff. Also reporting to the Director are the Design, Marketing/Impex, QC/QA, PPC and DCC/PCO. The Production/Maintenance Department, headed by the Supervisors reports directly to the general manager, director and president. Supervisors ensures that projects are completed on time and in a cost-effective manner, whether routine daily projects or longer-term ones. They oversee employees and operations, scheduling and coordinating production in any number of businesses, including industrial, electronics, food production and publishing. The Purchasing, Warehouse, Production and Maintenance staff have direct access to the Supervisor, and the Supervisors reports directly to the General Manager.
